Blake Griffin’s rumored romance with Kendall Jenner has the Internet in a state right now. But whether or not they're actually dating, there's one thing the Clippers star is definitely, officially, on-the-record infatuated with right now: his super-skinny, calf-hugging, thigh-squishing jeans. Griffin, who is almost seven feet tall and over 250 pounds, is out here looking like Jack Skellington.
Last night he and Jenner went to see the new movie It in NYC. While Jenner got all cozy in an oversized sweater dress—classic moviegoing attire—Griffin went entirely the other way, and stuck with his painted-on denim. He still looked good; that's because Griffin is a handsome and extremely fit guy.
But his pants make Fear of God’s famously skinny jeans look like JNCOs in comparison.
But it doesn’t feel right to come down hard on a guy who's mostly nailing it. In fact, we respect Griff's decision to not jump on the looser, lighter-wash dad-denim bandwagon that's picking up steam everywhere. Griffin is a dad of two, but he’s also a maybe-single, 28-year-old superstar.
Maybe he wants to dress like the latter, while embracing the former. Or maybe he just likes the way his shapely, super-long legs look in skin-tight denim. Either way, we’re going to give this one a firm “you do you, Blake.”
